The scope of work for this 4 acre site involved removal of existing commercial and residential buildings and utility abandonment for the development of 4 separate commercial lots. The associated site work for all lots included building pads, utilities and underground detention system as well as new approaches, asphalt paving and an access road. JRCC completed the freestanding Walgreens Pharmacy turnkey in conjunction with the site work. The building is of masonry and steel structure with a masonry veneer. The interior is a metal framing and drywall system with all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Finishes include paint, FRP, acoustical ceiling, VCT and ceramic flooring.
