JRCC’s contract involved a 2 ½ acre site located in Prince William County wherein required site work involved basic tree removal and grubbing of this unimproved site. The site work also necessitated earthwork to balance the site, build three retaining walls, construct an 84” in diameter underground detention system, utility relocation, add new approaches, two turn lanes and signalization at the intersection. Additional final site improvements include irrigation and landscaping, public sidewalk, bike path and a bike rack. This Walgreens building is a masonry and steel structure with a masonry veneer. The interior construction includes metal and drywall system with complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems. Finishes include paint, FRP, acoustical ceiling, VCT and ceramic flooring.
