Kristy is a licensed real estate broker holding memberships with the Richmond Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Kristy manages commercial and residential properties for Jones Realty and Construction's clients, resolving maintenance issues from landscaping contracts to tenant upfit. While monitoring client properties, Kristy also serves as leasing agent or co-agent for JRCC managed properties. She also works with Clarke, III overseeing commercial projects site package completions and shares operational management duties within the Real Estate Division of JRCC. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of the VCU Alumni Association.
